A sophisticated level of services to all our society partners is high on our list of key offerings. Elsevier has longstanding relationships with societies and associations worldwide and has special teams of local experts devoted to membership services. A representative from one of these teams serves as the society's direct contact with regard to member subscriptions. This 'one-on-one' approach allows for specialized tailored services by establishing and maintaining effective relationships through short communication lines.

The Elsevier society liaison has a thorough understanding of the individual wishes and requirements of the society and its Journal and will serve as the point-of-contact for all questions related to customer service and subscription fulfilment.
