How to order books at a discount

As part of Elsevier's ongoing commitment to journal authors, contributors to Elsevier publications
are entitled to a generous discount on all Elsevier books*.  A 25% discount is applicable
for all Health Science titles (Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine, Health Professions)
and a 30% discount for all Science & Technology titles.  

To purchase a book using the downloadable order form:

1. Choose your book(s)
Access the Elsevier Website to obtain up-to-date information on all Elsevier books:
  http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/books_browse.authors

2.  Place your order
In the online ordering system, you will be asked to either enter your personal
discount code, or check a box indicating you are a published Elsevier journal author.
The discount will be applied to your order automatically.

To place an order by mail, Access and print the   PDForder form.  
Complete the form and send it to your nearest Customer Service Department.
Please enclose a cashiers' cheque/personal check or fill in your credit card information.

3. Payment
Payment may be made in Euros (EUR€) or US Dollars (US$).
If you use a credit card, you will be charged in Euro or US Dollars
and your credit card company will charge you in local currency.
Only prepaid orders are accepted.

 This discount offer applies only to books (excluding Pergamon imprint multi-volume reference works,
 which carry a 10% discount). This does not apply to journal subscriptions, reprint orders or electronic products.
